Seconds away is a ringwatch consisting of two objects, a double connected ring with a touch screen display, indicating date, hour, minutes and short text messages. (there is also the possibility to send short text messages with this double ring)

The second object is a single ring with a display that indicates the seconds.  The matchmaking mode is an extra feature on this ring that can be activated through the internet.  By activating this, a little heart will appear on the display of the ring when a matching person is within a 10-meter radius. 

- What is our future? -

The two objects together symbolize the three entities of time: past, present and future.  Past and present are connected with each other (symbolized by the double ring).  The future is open and flexible (symbolized by the single ring).  This single ring can be put on any finger.

This unisex ringwatch is a subtle and functional piece of jewelry that can be adapted to your own taste and style.  The outer rings come in different colors.  The inner rings can be changed and come in different colors and materials.  Inner rings can even be used separately.  The combination of colors and materials determine the style of the watch.  The black and gold combination creates a glamorous look, while a white and green combination is associated with a sportier look.

Seconds away is een ringhorloge die uit twee delen bestaat.  Het eerste deel is een dubbele ring met een touch-display en geeft het uur en de minuten aan.  Het tweede deel is een enkele ring met een seconde-weergave.  Als extra kan deze afzonderlijke ring uitgerust worden met een “koppel-functie” die via het internet kan geäctiveerd worden.  Wanneer geäctiveerd verschijnt er een klein hartje op de display als een potentieel “koppel” zich op 10 meter van elkaar bevindt.
